MU14: Baden Black Jacks – Foxes Bruck 62 : 46 (30:22)

In the 3rd game of the season, the MU14 Foxes take on the Black Jacks from Baden. Thanks to their strong performance in the last game against Mödling, the young Bruck players certainly fancy their chances of a victory.

The game plan looks similar to the one against Mödling: finding our way into the game through good defense, allowing no or at least few points, and getting easy chances and points with quick transition.

The Foxes start the game a bit nervously, which unfortunately is reflected in many technical mistakes – traveling, stepping out of bounds on throw-ins, and misplaced passes lead to numerous turnovers, repeatedly handing possession to the opponent without much effort.

As a result, the young Bruck players hardly find any rhythm on offense; because quick transitions from defense to offense also do not work out, no easy points can be created.

Added to this are positional errors and a lack of hustle on defense, which offers Baden easy scoring opportunities that they skillfully exploit.

Heading into halftime trailing 30:22, the young Bruck players start the 2nd half with the ambition to quickly close the gap. Unfortunately, failing to decisively improve the lack of intensity and activity, Bruck cannot get any closer and the deficit keeps growing.

We take a lot of tasks with us into training before the next games that we need to work on, and we are optimistic that we will succeed!
